Practice for both boys and girls begins on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from immediately after school to 5:30 p.m.

Athletes should meet in the meet in North Lobby immediately after school.

Bring practice clothes and running shoes for the first practice. 

Practice on August 20, 2024 will end early at 5 p.m. to accommodate the parent meeting.

All physical forms and other documents are on file in the NMS Athletics office by registering through Final Forms.
